Charles Townsend

Charles Townsend worked for many years in pastel and is now experimenting with oil painting. He spends about half his time in southern Vermont and the rest in Florida, where he teaches at the Long Boat Key art center. Recently, he has done a few monoprints with touches of oil, as well.
