William Roberts

A multi-talented artist, William Roberts has been teaching at a prestigious prep school for more than a decade. A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art, he worked as an art director, graphic designer and illustrator for 20 years before starting his teaching career. "My work is landscape oriented. Years of living in a rural area has shaped my vision and directed my choice of subject matter. I especially enjoy the searching process; traveling through new terrain to discover and be inspired by a new vista. Still, I will often revisit favorite areas and spend considerable time moving about and looking until I settle on the right spot to set up my easel."
